Where consent is required, Scentuality Studio will obtain it appropriately.
Where the existing-customer exception is relied upon, the applicable POPIA requirements must be satisfied, including that the contact details were obtained in the context of a sale, marketing concerns our own similar products or services, and the customer has been given a reasonable opportunity to object.
